  1. Orders including up to 15 tires will be shipped for free to any residential or business address in the lower 48 states.
  2. Large bulk orders of 16 or more tires will ship via freight. To qualify for free shipping, freight orders must be sent to a commercial address.
  3. Freight orders can be sent to a residential address for a $95 shipping fee.
  4. Due to the oversized nature of the Badak X-Treme Mud Terrain tire, this product has a $80 flat shipping fee per order.

Purchases that do not fall under the 30-Day Ride and Return Guarantee can be returned within 30 days of purchase

Only unused tires that have not been driven on or mounted on a vehicle are eligible for return. Once approved, a full refund will be credited back to the original form of payment.

If the tires returned are due to an error made by us, we’ll cover the return shipping costs. (i.e. Wrong tires)

If the tires are returned because of any other reasons, you are responsible for paying the return shipping cost. (i.e. didn't fit, wrong size, do not need anymore)

Tire Streets will not accept returns for any item that is:

  • not in its original condition
  • damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to an error on our part
  • returned more than 30 days after delivery

All returns are subject to inspection by a Tire Streets team and are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Only unused product that has not been driven on and is not damaged is eligible for return.


*Tire Streets is not liable for shipping delays caused by the carrier. We will work with you and FedEx to come to a solution but we will not take back any order already in transit.


Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to notify you that we’ve received your returned item. We’ll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you’re approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within the coming days.

If you’re expecting a refund and haven’t received it yet, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged as per our manufacturer’s warranty policy. If you think your item is defected or damaged, send us an email at with details as well as pictures of the damaged areas, and we’ll be in touch with you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless your return is due to an error on our end.
