We believe in keeping everything simple, and that includes shipping. No one wants to get to the check out and type in the address, just to see additional costs tacked on. That’s why reliable shipping is always free within the lower 48 continental US states (sorry Alaska and Hawaii).
Now this is for anything less then 12 tires.
If you order in bulk above 12 tires your order will ship freight. We offer free freight shipping to any commercial address (a zoned business) in the lower 48 states. If you don't have a business address and would like to ship freight to your house, that is not a problem. You will just have to pay $95 at checkout.
*Your order will be delayed, if you click the commercial address shipping and you are shipping to residential address. You will be required to give a commercial address or pay the residential shipping fee after you have placed your order.
Let’s say you live in Canada and want to get in on the action, we offer shipping fee to Canada with a flat fee of $150. That is $150 whether you buy 2 or 42 tires. Just pay the tariffs into Canada and we will cover the rest.
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Only unused tires that have not been driven on or mounted on a vehicle are eligible for return. Once approved, a full refund will be credited back to the original form of payment.
If the tires returned are due to an error made by us, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
If the tires are returned because of any other reasons, you are responsible for paying the return shipping cost.
Tire Streets will not accept returns for any item that is:
- not in its original condition
- damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to an error on our part
- returned more than 30 days after delivery
All returns are subject to inspection by a Tire Streets team and are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Only unused product that has not been driven on and is not damaged is eligible for return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to notify you that we’ve received your returned item. We’ll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you’re approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within the coming days.
If you’re expecting a refund and haven’t received it yet, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged as per our manufacturer’s warranty policy. If you think your item is defected or damaged, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with details as well as pictures of the damaged areas, and we’ll be in touch with you.
To return your product please email email@example.com to receive instructions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless your return is due to an error on our end.
